Confusing the Notice of Election with the Election statement is a common error, as is thinking of the Election Addendum as a fancy Advanced Beneficiary Notice. Learn what the differences are and how to avoid the problems that can come from using any of these documents incorrectly. And, of course, solidify your knowledge of what each document's purpose is and understand how to use each one appropriately. 8.
