How to Help

Your donations and efforts support our programs and services which are designed to improve access to quality hospice and palliative care services through research, education and public awareness. We are committed to managing resources wisely and are therefore very proud to report that our administrative overhead currently runs 4.8%.

There are a number of ways you can help hospice and support CHAPCA.

Make A Donation

Support the programs of the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association through your tax deductible donations. Every donor - individual, corporate or foundation - and every donation, large or small, is vitally important to the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association.

Become A Hospice Advocate

Advocates play a key role in educating our communities and our leaders about our belief that each of us has the right to die pain-free and with dignity, and that our loved ones should receive the necessary support to allow us to do so.

Volunteer For Your Local Hospice

Volunteers are an integral part of hospice care. Volunteers offer practical, physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to clients/patients and their loved ones, and they provide much needed administrative help for the hospice program.
