Carol serves as an Account Manager for Acclivity Health Solutions, where she focuses on strategic consulting to both providers and payers to build hospice and palliative care programs as well as use of data to drive compliance and patient identification earlier in the disease trajectory. She has extensive experience as a hospice nurse from fieldwork to director of nursing, including earning the prestigious certification in hospice and palliative nursing. Carol has spent recent years working in consulting, education, technology development and utilization for providers of all sizes, from startups to some of the largest hospice and palliative providers in the country.

To add the details of the event in your calendar, click on the Export Event link that appears.  A new calendar appointment will appear with the class information.  Click on the Save & Close button.
