RULES AND REGULATIONS

Sponsorships are only available to purchase in addition to a virtual booth purchase.

All Exhibitors and Sponsorship opportunities will include:

Prominently displayed logo on all digital marketing material
Displayed on the footer of a MAIN virtual conference room in a scrolling bar
After the conference, all sponsors and exhibitors will receive a robust report, which details traffic, clicks, credential details, and all emails.

Upon purchasing a virtual booth and sponsorship, CHAPCA will send you a confirmation email which will include a form to design/build your booth to be submitted to TPN.Health. Sponsors and exhibitors will receive an email from TPN.Health confirming receipt of your specifications after completion of the form. If TPN.Health is missing anything, the exhibitor/sponsor will be informed. TPN.Health will then build your individual booth and will present to each exhibitor/sponsor prior to the event.

$5,000 Keynote Speaker Sponsor --SOLD- At CHAPCA’s 2021 Annual Conference, there is an opportunity to introduce our keynote speaker, Lauren Eskreis-Winkler. Keynote Speaker Sponsor will receive individual recognition during the session and will be invited to introduce the speaker. Includes option to add a 2-minute pre-recorded promotional video.

$2,500 Angela Duckworth, GRIT: -SOLD-The Power of Passion and Perseverance” Book Sponsor – Our opening keynote address highlights key points taken from Angela Duckworth's book entitled "GRIT: The Power of Passion and Perseverance”. This sponsorship supports the purchase of 25 copies of this book which will be used as a Facebook promotion. Registered conference attendees will be directed to LIKE the CHAPCA Facebook page and Share a message on their page that they have attended the 2021 CHAPCA Virtual Conference on January 19-20th and what they enjoyed most. Then, all attendees will be entered into a raffle and randomly selected one month after the event! All books will be mailed to each participant and will include a 4"x4" sticker designed by sponsor to include the sponsor's Company, website and logo, and placed on inside cover of book. In addition, CHAPCA will feature this Book Sponsor on our CHAPCA FACEBOOK Banner as a Sponsor for additional exposure for the 30 days after the Annual Conference until we hold the raffle!

$1,500 CHAPCA Annual Awards MC -SOLD- CHAPCA Annual Awards will be held on Wednesday, January 20 at 11:20 a.m. This sponsor will receive a script and announce the winners at the Annual Awards ceremony.

$1,000 Legislative Update Sponsor -SOLD- . Sponsor will receive individual recognition during the session and will be invited to introduce the speaker. Includes option to add a 2-minute pre-recorded promotional video.

$500 Break Sponsor (6 available)- CHAPCA conference has 8 scheduled 10-minutes breaks. We believe that self-care during a time of uncertainty is vital for all. We've scheduled 8 self care break sponsors which include guided meditation and a harp interlude during our 10-minute breaks. A Break Sponsor will be prominently displayed on our conference agenda with a Company logo and hyperlink. Sponsors will be featured on the CHAPCA website for the months preceding the Annual Conference on January 19-20, 2021.
