Parkinson’s disease is one of the most common neurologic disorders, affecting approximately 1% of individuals older than 60 years. With no cure to this disease, our treatment goal is to help manage the condition and control symptoms. This webinar will focus on a brief overview of Parkinson’s disease, its signs and symptoms, and the appropriate treatment management. We will discuss an approach on how to manage autonomic disturbances that occur with this disease as well.

About Ester Yagudayeva

Ester Yagudayeva, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist at Hospice Pharmacy Solutions. She received her degree at Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy at Long Island University. She has been pharmacist for 4 years and has initially worked in retail pharmacy where she focused on acute and chronic disease management. In her current position, Dr. Yagudayeva works closely with hospices performing medication reviews, providing drug information/consultations and symptom management for hospice patients.
