Honoring Wishes Program CME Webinar Series

Thursday, October 28, 2021

6:00 - 7:00 PM

Zoom Webinar

The best time to discuss a disaster is before one is imminent. This is true when discussing earthquakes and fires and it holds true when it comes to medical disasters. When it comes to discussing, planning, and preparing for disasters, there’s no such thing as too early – only too late.

This presentation will prepare providers to open a dialogue with their patients about advance care planning. We’ll share tips and tricks to impress upon patients the importance of their directives, we’ll discuss pitfalls to avoid, and what can happen when patients don’t have a directive in place.
