The CHAPCA Certified Leadership Program is an intensive three-day training designed to equip hospice agency management personnel with essential leadership skills to meet the minimum standards of training and experience in hospice operations and is structured to assist hospice leaders, including Administrators, Directors of Patient Care Services, and Medical Directors, in complying with California Health and Safety Code 1753.1(d).

This three-day program offers in-depth training, peer collaboration, and practical leadership strategies exclusively for hospice providers.

Membership Verification Notice To receive the CHAPCA member rate, your membership dues must be paid by January 31, 2026, and you must be registered as a current CHAPCA member at the time of event registration.
If your membership is not active, you will be responsible for paying the non-member rate difference.
