Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC)

Discounts on Services: For each CHAPCA Provider member that executes an agreement for Accreditation services, ACHC shall offer a $500 discount off the standard accreditation fee that would otherwise be due, based on ACHC’s standard rates at the time the provider signs the agreement for Accreditation services. 

 This discount shall be applied to the final payment due from the terms of the agreement for Accreditation services including the additional fees as a result of 1. The addition of a branch or service location; 2. A refusal or delay of a survey; 3. A follow-up survey such as a Deferral Focus Survey or Complaint Survey. 

Educational Discounts:

  • Each CHAPCA provider member will receive a $50.00 discount on any purchase of ACHC’s Accreditation Guide to Success workbook.
  •  A discount of $50.00 will be given to each CHAPCA member who attends an ACHC Workshop.
    • Each provider member who attends an ACHC Workshop will also receive a copy of ACHC’s Accreditation Guide to Success workbook for FREE.
  •  ACHC will present Live webinars for CHAPCA members throughout the year.

VIRTUAL PRIVATE DUTY

ACCREDITATION WORKSHOP

ACHCU is hosting a live, online Private Duty workshop for organizations either seeking their first accreditation or those experienced in the process. This workshop provides an in-depth look at pre-survey preparation, key steps to having a successful on-site survey, and information on how to complete important post-survey components.
