Hospice Providers
Hospice providers are agencies or programs that provide hospice care. These include
not-for-profit, proprietary (for profit) and volunteer programs. CHAPCA members receive

Annual Membership Directory
This valuable tool lists all of our hospice provider member programs alphabetically,
by city, and by the counties they serve. Published in June each year, CHAPCA's Membership
Directory is one of the most valuable benefits of membership. The directory is utilized by
hospice providers, care coordinators, physicians, discharge planners and nurses throughout
California as a referral resource.
Quality Educational Programs
These programs cover a wide variety of issues, such as compliance and reimbursement,
clinical, psychosocial, bereavement, volunteer and administrative topics. CHAPCA members

An associate member is any company, other than a hospice provider, that supplies products
or services to the hospice industry. This membership category also includes associations,
health care providers of entities, other than hospice providers, that provide services or
